Cafe Workplace sends students and remote workers to cafés that want them, at the times you choose. They know the rules before they walk in, so there’s no awkwardness for your staff.

The deal

1. Members stay up to 2 hours per check-in, outside your busy times.
2. You set busy periods (like the lunch rush) whenever you like. Members see them before they come.
3. Members check in by scanning the bamboo card at your counter, and buy something each time.
4. No hints to move on or pressure to order more. Try to leave their cup, but no harm if it’s cleared.
5. Seating and Wi-Fi are up to you.
6. No cost, and you can leave any time.
